Upon termination for cause, jl165 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, jl165 reserves the right to permanently forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl165 and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jl165 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, or third-party payment delays.
jl165's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
